F\u00f8rste bud var \u00e5 g\u00e5 i rolig tempo p\u00e5 tredem\u00f8lla, og kun kj\u00f8re ren overkropps\u00f8kt. Fysioterapeuten sa jeg kun fikk lov til \u00e5 trene to ganger i uken n\u00e5 til over jul, og vente med helkropps\u00f8kter frem til 03.01.2019 da jeg skal trene hos fysioterapeutklinikken.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nDet var kjempeherlig \u00e5 komme i gang igjen, og jeg fikk kj\u00f8rt en fin runde med overkropps\u00f8kt \ud83d\ude42 Jeg kjente at influensa og bronkitten hadde satt sine spor i kroppen, men det vil komme seg etter 2-3 uker tilbake p\u00e5 trening \ud83d\ude42 F\u00f8rste bud er at man aldri skal presse seg for hardt etter en sykdomsperiode, men bygge seg opp litt etter litt.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nUansett var det kjempeherlig \u00e5 v\u00e6re tilbake p\u00e5 trening \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nJeg tok noen bilder som viser hvilke apparater jeg kj\u00f8rte da jeg trente overkroppen. H\u00e5per det gir en pekepinn p\u00e5 hva jeg trente \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
