Det er s\u00e5 lett \u00e5 skylde p\u00e5 at man er for gammel, at man har vondt b\u00e5de her og der, og at det er for sent. Det er det ikke. Derfor mottoet mitt: &#8220;Det er aldri for sent&#8221; \ud83d\ude0a<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nHvis man sliter med en fysisk sykdom og vil begynne \u00e5 trene er det kjempeviktig \u00e5 tilpasse treningen etter helsa. Hver og en har sine fysiske behov for hvilken trening man kan gj\u00f8re.
